1.  I want to use my credit card but do not want my payment to go through Pay Pal. Do you have another option for me? 

Yes you can use the link below to submit (through our secure server) your payment information to me.

If you are not comfortable submitting your payment information through the site you can also request a phone call by placing please call for payment in the shopping cart comments section and I will call you for your payment as soon as I see it come through. 2.  I made a purchase on your shopping cart. How do I get my download?

If you do not see the link to your download after making a purchase please log back into your account at the store and click on My Account in the upper right corner. Then look for the download link. Once you click this link all orders should be listed and you will see oyur download. 

3.  What if my download has expired is not available?

If you made a purchase and it is no longer available please feel free to contact me. I will be happy to help you with downloading your files.

4. I want to make one single purchase but am looking to purchase from several of your stores. How can I do this?

Pam Ball Unlimited now offers multi-store shopping, which means you can make several purchases from my different brands without having to make several purchases. Since my stores now share a shopping cart you can make one purchase after shopping all brands. If you have any questions please let me know. 

5. What if I want a website? Do I have to have a Pay Pal subscription set up to make my monthly payments for hosting and/or maintenance?

Now you can have your own website and pay your monthly hosting and/or maintenance by using your credit card without going through a Pay Pal subscription. Of course the option for Pay Pal is still available.
