Hello and welcome to Pam Ball Unlimited/Pam Ball Designs! My name is Pam Ball and I have been creating products and offering my services online since 1999! It all began in 1998, when Pam built her first website for Pam’s Play Place and Preschool.
In 1999, she added a mailing list group; Footprints to the Future, which was a small chat group – those who were part of it know how special it was. In 2000, Pam became a member of Family Child Care, a mailing list group owned by Jill of Jill’s House and became a newsletter editor of that group and later added Family Child Care News. Family Child Care News was a monthly newsletter for child care providers which grew to over 300 members. Child Care Themes was added in 2001, with many theme ideas and a wonderful resource for providers to share their ideas and files. In late 2001, Family Child Care News, Child Care Themes and Footprints to the Future; were combined to make Child Care Express, which has grown to a social network for early childhood educators today – still on FaceBook!
By 2002, Pam had developed a large client base for her web design which was Pages by Pam. Pages by Pam offered web design to mostly child care providers but also other small businesses. Today Pam Ball Designs has built and maintained over 500 unique websites. You can view my current portfolio here.
In 2003, while working with Robyn Birge of Birge Designs, started Reach for the Stars. Robyn and Pam successfully created a Preschool Program and Toddler Curriculum which has sold in all 50 states as well as 15 other countries. This curriculum is still available today under the names RFTS Preschool & RFTS Toddler. In 2010, Robyn and Pam decided to work independently but often consult each other with current projects.
In 2010, Pam Ball created Lil’ Explorers, a Multi-Age Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers. Lil’ Explorers offers weekly lesson plans for all three age groups which can be used together or separately.
In 2011, Pam Ball started offering custom work. Customs can range from one printable to a lesson plan or forms for your business, as well as websites, brochures, business cards, newsletters etc. She also added Early Learning Friends – which didn’t catch on with providers but had a vision to network with other curriculum developers.
In 2012, Pam expanded her designs site Pam Ball Designs to include logo designs. She has also added child care packages to her package list and has very affordable packages for all type of businesses!
In 2013, Pam Ball added a variety of themed printables for preschoolers and teacher helpers.
In 2014, Pam Ball added PBU Infants a new monthly curriculum for infants.
In 2015, Pam played around with Creating Kinders & Common Core Kinders was launched with a variety of Kindergarten Files.
In 2016, Pam is looking to add Teaching in First! a new series for first graders and adding even more themed files and maybe some lesson plans here or there!
